The staff was exceptionally helpful. The accommodation was recently renovated and immaculately clean.- The hotel's position was perfect and quiet.- Close enough to Burnside and the center of Stratford-upon-Avon.- Private on-site parking was very convenient.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very attentive and absolutely courteous. The location was stunning and wonderful - really close to the RSC theatre via the main road. The room was great-sized and newly furnished with comfortable bed, the bed was very comfy.

Had 3 days in Stratford-upon-Avon, spending my time here lovely. I had a double room and it was well-appointed with complementary shampoo etc. The staff was absolutely courteous and outstandingly accommodating.

The hotel was reasonably clean and exceptional! Its personnel was helpful and excellent, no complaints whatsoever. Enjoyed the double room we had with comfortable bed. The property was in a very central setting in a quiet neighbourhood.

The cleanest hotel I’ve visited with the friendliest of staff. The hotel is so clean I could not see a speck of dust anywhere! The bathroom was so chic! The bed was so comfy! I loved the decor and the saddles add a quirky finish. The shower was amazing! The room was large, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a fabulous stay at the hotel. The hosts and staff were really friendly and welcoming, and you couldn't fault them. The hotel was well presented. The location of the hotel was great.

It was no fault of the hotel obviously but it seemed virtually impossible to call for a taxi. The toilet seat color ruined the modern bathroom setting.

The Burnside Hotel is a fabulous place. The rooms are new-fashioned and impeccably clean, with central heating, a safe, and an iron provided. The staff, including the manager, are amiable and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to have on-site parking. I would recommend this hotel.
